T.O.S
COMMISSION T.O.S- You can ask me for updates, as I sometimes forgot to send updates due to being busy;
- You're allowed to use my commissions for PERSONAL use only. I may allow COMMERCIAL use if we discuss about this beforehand.------------------------------------------------------- You're not allowed to harass me if I take a bit longer than YOU expected, my commissions have a prize of 1 month to finish;
- You're not allowed to buy art for someone in my blacklist. (This includes if you're in my blacklist using an alt account to comission me.);------------------------------------------------------
Extra Things!- I may refuse any order if I don't feel comfortable or if the order triggers me in any form.
- 100% of the payment after the approval of the clean sketch of your commission;
- I don't take any refunds, so be aware before paying me. I'll make sure to finish your art though;
- In case I take longer than a month to finish your commission, you'll receive a free colored headshot sketch;
- If you want your commission to be prioritized in the queue, you shall pay an extra 10$ fee for it.(updated 10/23/25)
DESIGNS T.O.SYou're allowed to edit/redesign the character as your please. Just keep the original design in the gallery (it's better to create a separate tab for the original design)You're allowed to resell/trade them as soon as it has additional art on their gallery (for gifts I don't mind honestly). If they don't have any extra arts in their gallery, please, sell them for the price you bought them for.You're free to make any of my designs NSFW, as soon as it's not a minor or a feral oc. (fetish stuff is alright too, just please don't refrain the design to problematic ones; gore/blood is also alright.)------------------------------------------------------Extra thingsI'm totally able to take back the design if I feel you're doing something wrong with it or you broke my T.O.S.If you paid money for my design and you want a refund, I'm sorry but I don't take refunds on any of my designs so be warn.(updated 03/12/25)
